Is this a good diet if i want to gain weight and muscle.?

I want to gain weight, i eat quiet a bit but maybe some days i dont eat alot.. so if i eat this everyday will i put weight on and gain muscle.
Im 18 years old, 5ft 7 and last time i checked i was 54kg. Im a guy too.

Breakfast - Cereal - Fruit - Apple/ Orange Juice

Snack - Cereal bar (nutri grain) - Pint of Full fat Milk - Fruit

Lunch - Lentil Soup - Juice - Bread - Tuna

Snack - Yoghurt - Jaffa Cakes - Water

Dinner - Chicken Breast - Salad - Chips/Rice - Pint of water

Snack - Fruit - Water - Spoon of Peanut Butter

If i eat this pretty much everyday will i reach atleast 60kg??

Weight Gain

1.Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.
